"7 times out of ten i have to go in to get my receipt. Tiday at 2:36pm. Go in and 3 employees talking and eating candy bar. Explanation is printer doesn't like the cold. Pump 6. First got out to use pump 3, ran credit card, then went to pump my fuel and bag on handle, spout that was out of order. Maybe sign should be on front of pump. John and Andrea , your parents would be outraged by customer service. I know registers inside let cashiers know when pump is out of receipt paper. Store #144."
"Manager is super rude. Over heard her talking about how big one of the customers were and how they didn't look like they needed food. I work across the street and purposely go to maverick if I need something just to avoid her and a lot of people I work with do the same cause if the manager"
"WORST customer service in the morning. Everytime I come to Boise the gentlemen on the swing shift are so friendly every time. I went in yesterday morning for 2 cups of coffee and was charged almost 16 dollars. After charging me Elizabeth says "I only overcharged you 2 cups of coffee" which was almost 6 dollars and proceeded to throw attitude. Thank god the main manager was there to help us. And the great guys on night shift!"
