"Blair was very nice and helpful, but the store did not have any warm food items. Came in for a hot dog, and left with nothing but sadness. I hate that their times are limited for food. Would gladly wait for them to cook if it was available, however I wasn’t even given that option."

"I am a regular customer at Jackson's store number #35. I have been a long time customer of over 15 years mostly on a dailey basis. I went yesterday afternoon and was "helped" by a cashier named Megan. She was so rude. I was embarrassed infront of 2 employees as well as cutomers. I just retired afer 15 years as a cashier and am in disbelieve that this attitude is allowed. There is way to much to competition around now for poor customer service. And I certainty dont want to be a bother Megan."

"Have bought spoiled milk here several times. The dairy section has Improper refrigeration. I'd move some things around and put dairy in the coolers before it gets someone sick."

"As an Essential worker, working on the freeway at night, all I wanted was a sandwich and a soda, every place in Meridian was closed, and this was @ 4:30 in the morning, when folks usually go to work, not these guys, so grateful for this store, .... Thanks for actually caring about those of us out here working all night, you are appreciated by us workers and you just gained a loyal customer, I will now go out of my way to spend my money at your store .... Wish I could give you and your outstanding, respectful crew more then 5 stars, those cashier's were super respectful and understanding ....."

"so i was on my way to this store to get a couple of twix and some gum and a brisk drink, that is a lot to carry, plus with a scooter that i have with me, so i decided to grab a lot of twix and a pack of gum, and i was going to get two big drinks, and that's when i realized that it was a lot to carry and to remind you, i was going to buy all of this, so i put the pack of gum on the outer rim of my jacket sleeve so it was see-able so the clerk wouldn't think i was stealing, i had no intentions to steal ANYTHING. so i was going to go grab the drinks that i wanted but then that was when the girl that works there stopped me, and yes i am black, so of course she was suspicious, she stopped me and said are you stealing and i said of course not, then i showed her my sleeve that i had the gum in and i told her that i was going to get drinks so i couldn't carry all of it in my hand, and then she snatched the snacks out my hand which i need because i am diabetic and the gum was just for a couple of friends, anyways, she snatched them out of my hands a told me to leave or she would call the police, she didn't even let me explain, then she banned me from that store for awhile she says. this happened today,1/30/2018. at around 10 o'clock. i shouldn't be banned so i am going back, because all of the other clerks know i would never steal, i was raised better than that!!!!"
