"Went thru drive ordered a drip coffee with cream & was charged 70cents for cream. I was told all Starbucks charge for cream. I said I am from Seattle and no they do not. Wouldn’t remove charge. I called corporate on the way out of town to let them know what is going on"
"We stopped by your location today and were not greeted or even acknowledged. We were the only customers in store, one vehicle in the drive thru and no mobile orders on the line. Finally got to place our order and still nobody even said hello. All we got was a “what do you want?” Aside from the staff being very rude the bathrooms were filthy and the restaurant itself needed cleaned. Staff seemed more concerned about flirting with each other than helping customers."
"Service is only good if Mary or Kat is working. Any other time my drinks have to remade because they are ALWAYS watered down. Also the staff on Sunday morning is horrible and should be retrained! The Barista with the nose ring and black glasses was very rude when we asked for our drinks to be remade. Like excuse me? I'm paying 20 dollars for coffee I expect it to be made right!"
"Ordered a few things totaling up to $56 bucks and was charged twice. Didn’t make my nitro cold brew correctly AT ALL. Service was a joke except for the manager or supervisor. Overall the employees didn’t care about the customer, only about what topic of conversation was going to be next."
"Food was great, the cashier seemed to have a problem. No greeting, even though I told her good morning , no response. Tried charging me for cream on the side. I will say this though other employees that were there told her not to charge me for the side of cream and the manager was very friendly and kind handing me the coffee."
