"Had a great experience with this company today! The young man showed up within minutes of my call first of all. That's cool! I thought it was a simple hook-it-up and go, but this kid had to pull out all the tricks (secret compartments, charge it JUST to get the brake to release, stuff I've never seen). It was pretty impressive, really. Not once did he look stumped, not once did he stop moving, he was even careful to put a window down in case it auto locked on him. You can tell he's had a lot of experience and he knows his trade. There's really nothing better than watching someone in perfect mastery of his job! I highly recommend!"

"Absolutely excellent service I couldn’t be happier!! We broke down outside of Ontario late Saturday the night before Christmas Eve, they sent out Thomas who arrived within 30-40 minutes and he was so friendly and efficient!!! He has us back in Boise not even an hour later! Also very reasonable pricing, can’t recommend them enough!!!"

"Absolutely an awful, volatile business. The girl I spoke to originally told me that my vehicle needed to be picked up and all we needed was the title to show we were the leinholder - which the title was in the car. Then, she made me jump through hoops to show my business is legitimate - treating me like an idiot and as if I’m dishonest, the entire time. She was completely disrespectful. Whoever runs their front desk should be fired. Seriously. To put in perspective, she cost us over $1000 to fly out there, just to find out the police had the vehicle, not their tow yard - like she had led us to believe. I run my own dealership and after jumping through hoops and flying out there again and all the expenses it takes to go to Boise and back, we finally get the car released and then it goes back to this tow yard for them to not even attempt to work with us on a bill we shouldn’t even have to pay. WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, ATTEMPTING TO RECOUP OUR LOSSES ON A VEHICLE TAKEN TO IMPOUND. The least they could have done was give us accurate information initially and not waste our money and our time. But then after that, they still choose to stick us with a bill we shouldn’t even have! It’s Christmas Eve Eve and they couldn’t give us a break on their fees in the slightest, after everything they had done the first time around? Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a tow service. Usually there is some kind of respect between people with licenses in this area of work, but quite obviously this tow yard has no respect for anyone and just wants to make a buck. I would never let a customer feel so unhappy with my services, but this place just doesn’t seem to care."

I will note i had 100% confidence in tow operator once he looked over the situation and stated "light work" and immediately got to work and got us unstuck within 30 minutes. We were safe and rescued.
