"We rented a concrete core saw got all the way to the job and the machine didn’t work, I called and was told to bring it for an exchange. Get to the job with the other core saw and it’s missing the wrenches, we had to borrow a big enough wrench from the homeowner. We start to cut out are concrete and notice immediately that it’s not doing the job assuming the bit was no good, we get back to return the tool tried to explain to the employee that I thought the bit was no good and the tool didn’t work properly. Expecting a discount are possibly a refund after basically wasting my whole day the employee charged me full price and said I ruined his drill bit! Make sure your tools work before leaving the store and make sure there diamond tools are good!"
