"No frills barber shop. The way I like it. You can tell from the state of the establishment, the decor (including a plaque featuring a chimpanzee opining about how the cows come and go, but the bull seems to stay around the place) and his sweet Hawaiian shirt that the guy isn’t going to overcharge. In the end you get a decent cut for half the price of some of the other places around."
