"TL;DR - Had better quality cuts before for cheaper price. This was my second visit at the Weldon Barber and I specifically requested Lyndsey to schedule me with one of their newer barbers to provide them an opportunity to earn my business long term. She had Anatolii give me a "Signature Cut" which, all things considered, wasn't horrible but I've certainly had better for cheaper. My last cut at the same place was a "Time Saver Cut" which was the same price ($40 without tip) but quicker and higher quality. Anatolii nicked my ear with the trimmer and my fade turned out a bit spotty towards the back of my head (see photo). Our conversation was also a little awkward (dry and choppy - perhaps because English isn't his first language). I did ask for a newer barber, however, so the lack of quality is likely due to his shorter expertise in the field - therefore I can't critique him too much on it. Overall Anatolii seemed like a nice young man but my experience with him wasn't the best so I'll have to move on to a different stylist, unfortunately.
