"The guy cutting my beard literally stopped to go "meet" a guy outside. He then came back in and immediately went into the bathroom for a few minutes. After he came back I could tell he was as high as a kite and sniffing. Unfortunately he had already started my beard so he had to finish it. Then he forgot he had already trimmed my beard so it ended up SHORT that day. I have gone in a few times and never had this happen but I won't be going back because of it. I don't want crack-heads cutting my beard!"
"If I could give 10/10 stars I would. I had to invest in a new barber on a highly busy schedule & found one in the nic of time. Walking in, the atmosphere already impressed me along with their customer service. Every individual working here provided extraordinary professionalism as well as giving exceedingly proper customer service. The barber service I received is the kind of service anyone would hope for. I was understood & heard when I voiced what I needed. Even then, I was still asked at the end if everything was good & if I was happy. It was definitively impressive. If I had an issue with any part of the service I received, I’m a grown enough man to speak my concerns & not shy away from confrontation. 10/10 recommend anyone & their kids to go here if they’re looking for a place to routinely go."
