"After reading some good reviews and seeing their ads regarding awards they have won for customer service I decided this was where I was going to buy my new TYM tractor. I went to their dealership about 3 months ago to kick some tires and ask some questions. When I first entered the building nobody acknowledged that I was there. One guy was obviously avoiding making contact with me at all costs. So I stood there for 10 minutes or so awkwardly until I finally started walking around asking for help. Once I finally made contact with someone he seemed pleasant enough. He told me the model I was interested in wasn't in stock but they would be getting a couple within the next week or so. I told him at that point that I wasn't ready to buy yet and I was mostly just wanting to see one in person. He seemed very disinterested in helping me at that point. I left my contact info with him so he could let me know when they came in so I could take a look. That was 3 months ago and no one ever attempted to make contact with me after that point. I finally got the money I was waiting on and the very first thing I did was purchase the new TYM tractor I have been wanting. I decided to do business with Cascade tractor in Spokane. They were far more appreciative of my business and I have had a very positive experience with them. Jordan sales lost my business by not treating me like a viable customer just because I wasn't ready to buy that day. Not only did Jordan sales not get my business but their competitor got the sale. I was excited to walk into their building that day but left feeling unappreciated as a potential customer. I definitely won't consider Jordan sales in the future."
