"Scammers. Be careful taking your vehicle here. Me and my family have taken our vehicles here several times and had good services, questionable services, and horrible services. My dad took his truck in recently for an alignment. They told him his lower control arm bolts were frozen so they couldn’t complete the alignment and they need to cut them out to do the alignment properly. They charged him for the alignment anyway and quoted him 700 dollars to cut out the bolts to finish the alignment. I was skeptical so I told my dad to let me take a look. I loosened all the lower control arm bolts myself in about 2 minutes… they weren’t frozen in any way. Took the truck to Les Schwab for an alignment and they did it no problem. They were 100% trying to scam my parents, who don’t have much mechanical knowledge, out of 700 dollars. I’m just glad they didn’t pay it and if you take your vehicle here.. question them before you say yes to an expensive repair."
