"Mandy is a true master at her craft. I have tried numerous others and have left feeling like I just would rather not have my hair done. After a long time of searching I've found my hair person! Cannot say enough, how nice it is to be excited about my hair again!!"

"DO NOT GO HERE FOR COLOR!!! If I could give zero or negative stars, I would - and that’s a lot coming from someone who never leaves reviews. We have had good experiences here but after talking to the owner, I will not be supporting this business or behavior. My mom received a very bad hair dye service - so bad that when we called them, the other hairdresser in the salon AGREED my mom’s hair dye service was not good. They offered a free service to fix her hair (something we did not request, the free service was offered and brought up by them). Later in the day the owner called my mom and she was very rude, claiming my mom was taking advantage of her business and that she knew what she was doing and was manipulating them to steal from them. All current and new customers should keep this in mind, if you are ever unhappy with your results, this business will NOT try to find a solution but instead call you and verbally accost you, tell you that you are trying to steal from them and manipulate the situation. Not to mention she made incredibly ignorant comments about not being able to understand my mother, who has an accent from a Spanish speaking country and still speaks perfect English. Again, we didnt ask for a free service, it was offered to us by the stylist. I really feel bad for the hairdressers working under that style of management because it is really not their fault their employer is absolutely unprofessional. Also, this situation is incredibly unfortunate given that we have a family wedding next week. Do yourself a favor and don’t even risk it - the ignorant and discriminatory comments should be enough to want to steer clear."

"I’ve been seeing Kathryn at Lavish for several years. She is incredible at both cuts and color and taking an idea of what a client wants and executing it. The salon is comfortable and bright and the staff are all welcoming. Highly recommend."

"I was getting my hair cut by Hanna every month for quite a while, I was a very loyal customer and I asked her to give me a friendly reminder before my haircuts, I missed two appointments over the span of 6-7 months because I got way to busy with work and couldn’t make it in no matter what and most importantly ( I did not get a reminder even tho I asked many times to receive some type of reminder ) I got a call from the receptionist saying word for word “ you missed your appointment and your a waist of time for Hanna, you are no longer welcome here” I have never experienced ANYTHING LIKE THIS from any sort of company in my life. I understand “time is money” but this is a very sad way to conduct business."
