Caliber Collision

"The staff is incredibly friendly, that’s a plus. However this is my 2nd experience with Caliber in the last 2 years (2 different locations), but each experience is the same. They cannot seem to complete a project on their own deadlines. Their inability to have my truck completed by the set date could be easily forgiven, but twice now I’ve had to call them on the completion day and I’m told the truck still isn’t ready. What bothers me is that I have to be the one to call and be disappointed again. Glad I didn’t take time away from work to drive all the way there to then be turned away because of their inability to effectively communicate setbacks with me."

I can not express how impressed I was with their operation and how well they run their business from beginning to end. It took a while to get the vehicle in as they were very busy but that was to be expected. When I called and talked with my insurance company even they were pleased that I had chosen Caliber to get the work done. Once I dropped the vehicle off I was constantly kept informed by text as to the progress of the repairs and was really surprised when the repairs were completed well before the time frame that I was originally told. The repairs were perfect and it looks like the vehicle is brand new and nothing ever happened. So ....if you are in need of some collision repairs I can highly recommend them."
