"They changed my battery. I left and a bunch of warning lights were on. My throttle was not working and I nearly got in accident driving back home and returning there. I went back and was told it was not likely it was the battery. However after one technician looked up my lights he noted he could reset them and did so. This worked but my check engine light is still to be resolved. I was later informed by my father that this is normal and should be reset by the technician."
"Big waste of time trying to get tires installed. After a long wait they said they wouldn’t do the job because one of the struts was stripped but I have never been refused service anywhere else. Walmart is also a supporter of the World Economic Forum so I will be doing my best to boycott them."
"Went in to just switch a single tire onto a rim. We were quoted an hour to an hour and a half, it instead took almost 2 and a half hours. As we were waiting we saw 4 guys standing around and talking. There was maybe one other customer that we saw the whole time we were there. After about 2 hours we asked, and they said oh yeah we will jump on that right now. When they could have had it done sooner. There was nobody ahead of us. It was extremely frustrating to see them standing around and talking when we could have been in and out much faster. The most upsetting was when they said I'll start working on it right now it will only take 15 minutes. There was absolutely no reason for it to take 2 and a half hours."
"The oil change service here is so terrible. The last 2 times I've come here, there was only a car or two ahead of me and it took over 2 hours for an oil change. At one point on my most recent visit, my car was the only car being "worked on". While checking at the window I saw 5 employees standing either on their phones or just talking, while my car sat with the hood open. Don't waste your time here. It's worth the extra money to go somewhere else where they can get you in and out, like Einstein or Oil Can Henry's."
