"2/27/24 The technician I saw was amazing! She took time to check if I have seen any improvement. Was very detailed in explanations and questions. Adjusted my treatments, and was very kind. The receptionist there yesterday was a new face to me. She was not very welcoming or friendly. Insincerely offered to schedule, but I declined as I was unsure of my upcoming schedule changes. When I said that I would schedule online, she corrected me that they would prefer I would call in the future to schedule. Not in a friendly way. Not at all what I've experienced in the past."
