"I had a critically ill Father, and traveled out of state on the day our quartz counter was to be installed. I was not concerned about the installation, as my husband and I had asked the important questions of the owner, and the technician who measured the space, and our contractor recommended this company. The bar was NOT one piece as we were told to expect, and it was accidentally dropped and damaged as it was brought into our home. A skilled technician did his best to repair the damage due to the accident and fill the the extra seam, but the I feel the seams each time I wipe the counter. We paid extra in our remodel budget for a quality counter. We are dissatisfied with the casual way our concerns were addressed. If you use Stone Surfaces, be there at the installation and make sure that the design and quality is what you were told to expect!"
