"HORRIBLE experience here. June 2019 he bullied me into a crown I didn’t want or need (the tooth had never bothered me a day in my life). But he used all the scare tactics so I did it. It immediately became incredibly painful and infected. I had to go on antibiotics for 2 weeks, then have him remove the brand new crown and do a root canal. While there, I listened to him verbally berate and humiliate the hygienist right in front of me. She was fighting back tears. Mind you, she was the ONLY person there who displayed an ounce of compassion or competence. After the root canal and crown replacement, I have continued to have intermittent pain and constant, significant sensitivity to cold in that tooth for the last almost three years. January 2022 it became infected again, more antibiotics. March 2022, while eating a protein bar, a large chunk of the (not even 3 years old) crown broke off in my mouth. I don’t eat caramels, or really hard foods or anything, and I wear a mouth guard every night to protect from jaw clenching. No way this crown should have broken. New dentist sent me to a root canal specialist who showed me the x-ray: Dr. Crump had left a big chunk of the root (what this specialist called the most important part to remove) in place, connecting straight down to the nerve. No wonder I still had pain! So I needed a second root canal and a new crown to fix what Dr. Crump botched. And of course insurance wouldn’t pay since the first crown was less than 3 years ago, so I’m out over $1000 and 5 painful hours of dental work. Avoid this jerk at all costs. He’s not only incompetent, but unprofessional and cruel."

Dr. Crump's state-of-the-art practice is extremely refreshing after the "old school" practice we were used to. We're able to get appointments quickly. The staff are fantastic. YOU should give this wonderful family dentist's office a run! They are great."

"Horrible billing practices. I received charges I should not have been charged with. The billing coordinator, Tracy, is rude, refused to listen, and refused to process insurance properly. She lied to me telling me my insurance had been terminated and would not cover the bill. My insurance had not terminated and did process the bill and sent me the documentation to prove it. When I confronted her with this, she again lied. There is something very fishy going on with the billing practices - stay away from this office!"
