"Very good office for routine dental cleanings. Would not recommend them for any significant procedures. They would not work with my family for payment plans and did not notify me of the amount due at the time of service until we walked in and I asked. We couldn’t afford their pricing day of. When I spoke with management they were unwilling to provide financial assistance or even feasible payment plans. Highly recommend Tree City Family Dentistry or Children’s Dentistry of Boise! Both have outstanding team members and are willing to work with you and your insurance for payment plans."

"I’ve been bringing my child her for 2yrs and I’m going to be changing my child’s dentist after the accumulation of poor patient care. The first experience we had was alright but my concern for cavities was brushed off and it went downhill with each following visit. After the next check up, I was told my child had multiple cavities and had to get crowns and fillings which needed to be done at the surgery center in meridian. It quickly became apparent that they do not take the time to actually know their patients or parents at this point. I brought my partner for the Surgery appointment and at that point became invisible. Dr. Riki Evan’s stopped speaking to me, THE PARENT, and directed all of his speaking to the non-parent whom he’d never even met previous to this day. I was then informed that he wasn’t sure some of the work he did was “sound” and that there was a high likelihood of my child getting an abscess. This could’ve been avoided by removing the tooth while my child was already under anesthesia but that option was never presented to me. Instead, we had to deal with an abscessed tooth, more dentist appointments, antibiotics, and a tooth extraction which once again, could’ve been avoided to begin with. Each appointment, Dr Evan’s reintroduced himself and had to look at charts to know what was going on or to even know his patients name. There is ZERO connection to his patients, not even a simple “nice to see you”, it just feels like you’re a number getting pumped down the line. Today for the routine checkup and cleaning, the receptionist was quite rude, we weren’t greeted when walking in the door until we got to the counter and I got greeted by a different receptionist that the one helping me. The other receptionist had this snotty look on her face, acted as if we were an inconvenience but got us checked in. we arrived 15mins early and didn’t get back until 10mins after our appointment time, the hygienist should’ve reassessed her work after making my child gag multiple times and yelling at my child for being uncomfortable during the cleaning and then caused my child to choke on water. We then had to wait much longer for the dentist to come in, check X-rays and say everything was fine even though he had the hygienist note a few possible problem teeth, of course this wasn’t directly spoken to me. We were there for over an hour just for a check up, and we even were there early. With the massive and obvious decline in the quality of care and lack of patient connection, I will be seeking out new dental care for my child."

"I have been bring my daughters to S4K over 5 years. My girls have the best experiences are always leaving great. Both Doctors are gentle and their work are amazing especially working with kids. Big thanks to Kisa and Mercedes both amazing dental assistants. Thank you for making each visit fantastic ✨"

"I seriously recommend this place. My daughter was so anxious about getting a shot and her tooth drilled. I didn't want to lie so I explained the processes. They gave her several tiny shots without her even realizing it. She was relaxed, watching a movie while the drilled. The second they stopped drilling she tried to discuss spiderman but her mouth was wide open. Unphased. I was so glad. They give them headphones to hear their movie but can also hear ppl talking around them. They explained everything to her, she trusted them and they were quick. Her teeth looked really nice and she said she loved her visit. When I was a kid, I hated dental visits. We had two visits and she loved the staff. They're pretty personable but professional too. As long as I live in ID, we will go here. The anesthesiologist, Jordan is the real MVP."
