"This is why people don’t go to dentists, it’s outrageously expensive, treatment is ineffective, and creates a never ending frustration and expense with no accountability or follow up. My husband went in for a broken off tooth chip. He was pleasantly greeted and given an appt within the same day. The Dr spent 15 minutes doing the repair and he was charged $544. The repair lasted 24 hours and when he called to ask for a repair or compensation he was told that it was a “temporary fix”. It is saddening and disappointing that this is the response when the Boise Dental Arts claims to desire to exceed expectations and that is clearly not the case."
"As an employee at Boise Dental Arts and being in the dentistry field for most of my life, I can say this place is the best! I love coming to work and the people I get to work with everyday. I recently trusted Dr. Brown to replace a crown on my front tooth. I originally had it done of 20 years ago. It has seen better days. Knowing Dr. Brown’s experience in cosmetic dentistry and vision, I knew I was in good hands. He also recommended placing a veneer on my other tooth so they would match. We got a tour of the dentistry from Lisa and was very impressed with the place. New, clean, and organized.
