"The installers did great. However the gals in the office are extremely rude and even fibbed about keeping communication with us to our rental agency. They wanted to come over right away with very short notice. (We hadnt heard from them in 2 weeks and never scheduled a day or time) Showed up at 3 took about 45 minutes and only installed 1 window on a double pane. The office claimed to "not have time" and would have to reschedule to finish the job. A little bit of communication goes a long way"
