"I had been going to this nail salon for a while and have had pretty good experiences until recently. The last two times I’ve gone in to get a pedicure they always skip steps such as hot towel soak or something else that shows as included in the bundle I had chosen. Today I made an appointment and went in to get a pedi and my acrylic nails removed. I had my acrylics for over a month and let them grow out so that I could remove them and switch to dip powder on my naturally long beautiful nails. Not only did they skip steps in my pedicure and then charge me extra (I chose the 30$ bundle and they charged me 40$ and I didn’t realize it until I was half way home and I had still left a 10$ tip) BUT the guy who was doing my nails was ripping off my acrylics with a plastic acrylic nail. Two of my nails got split down the middle and every other nail was breaking off to the point where I asked if we could stop and soak them off and he said yes. At that point I was in pain and let him know that I would’ve ripped them off at home myself if I knew this is how it would go as now my natural nails are completely damaged and I no longer wanted dip and we should’ve been soaking them or removing them properly from the beginning. After soaking on and off for 30 minutes he would continue coming back to drill and re soak and drill and re soak until I asked if I could please just wash my hands and leave as I had work and my fingers were very sore. I ended up leaving with multiple acrylic nails still stuck on my fingers and EXTREMELY damaged nails. I’m upset because nail salons always tell us not to remove them ourselves at home to prevent damage and then they do this."

"Cash only, ATM on site with a fee naturally so come prepared. Was told my bill was $50 handed him $60 after using the ATM and was told to have a nice day. Beyond disappointed with quality and service. I'll let the images tell the rest of the story for today."

"The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is because the pricing for a pedicure with callus removal was a little steep, in my opinion. I paid $50 for a pedicure and callus removal, not including the tip, of course. If you’re okaying with their pricing, I’d definitely recommend this place. They’re very welcoming. Their staff and services were great. Friendly owner, calm vibes, clean everything. Their pedicure stations were really clean and sanitary, which I really liked. They had a lot of services to choose from. They also have a TON of colors, which is nice. I also did see a lovely gentleman come in for a pedicure for himself, too. So they’re really welcoming of everyone, including the men who want their nails done, too!"
