"I usually have a great experience here but today was not the best. I’m not sure who the technician was but she was very passive aggressive and seemed almost angry with me. I told her that one of my nails was sensitive but I thought she was very rough and rushed. She pryed my old nails off without soaking them first and dug her nails into the sides of my cuticles to get them unstuck from the glue, leaving an open cut under one of my nails (usually the person I am with is gentle, but I had a different tech today who was not wearing a name tag). It was very hard to communicate with the loud fan, and my extensions were shorter than I wanted. Usually I would give a five star review but today was a 1 (hence the two star)"

"I’ve done my nails twice in this place. Both occasions they were very respectful and polite. The nails turned out really good and most importantly they were very clean and lasted for a long time. The price in both cases was 55$ The place is comfy but not very fancy. If you are looking for good nails and good price, this is it."

"I've given this place multiple tries in the last few years... They're quick and always available so I'll give them that. But, every time I ask for a design (which I am more than willing to pay and tip for) I get looks like it's a chore and they seem bothered... it's discouraging. Additionally, last time I went, the gel polish started getting bubbles and peeling off in layers just a couple of days after I got my nails done. Don't think I'll be returning again."

"Loved this place! They all were so kind and gentle with our feet. On New Year’s Eve they even stayed open for people who came in at 5, after someone said are you sure it’s ok to come in this late, he said “don’t even worry about it, we will take care of you”. They make sure everyone is happy and taken care of completely. I got the Diamond spa crystal pedicure and couldn’t be happier, he took his time with my feet and made sure everything was clipped, grated, smoothed and softened. Their young daughter entertained us and helped put soap in our baths, she was so cute! My mom and dad had a deluxe pedicure and my dad said he couldn’t believe he waited 70 years before having one, he’s definitely hooked. They all made sure we were comfortable and relaxed and took such good care of us. The place was clean and spacious, they have 11 manicure tables for regular mani’s and gels. They have 8 massage chairs for pedicures too. It’s a cash only place but they have an ATM so don’t worry about not having any walking in. We all felt taken care of, we definitely will be back soon!"
