"The young lady who cut my hair was very nice and was very kind and accommodating. My family is very sensitive to perfumes and she made sure to talk with me about it and not use any products in my hair. The shop was clean and pleasant and my experience up until my haircut was done was great. At first it seemed fine if way too short but after I got home and checked it out I was very upset. After the haircut I got here I have decided I will never let anyone cut my hair again. This trip to the salon was my birthday present and now I'll be wearing a hat for the next 6 months.She just kept cutting until the hair cut got away from her, I think. It's way too short in the back, with weird long strips over my ears (where I could see clearly). I was willing to let go that she cut it too short but the front isn't blended in to the back at all. It's embarrassing, like one of those weird haircuts you see and feel sorry for the person. I feel ugly."

"I went into the salon and inquired about coloring my very grey hair in hopes of adding some darker charcoal color to enhance my look for a business photo session. The owner, a very large woman assured me they knew what to do. After I saw them apply brown to my hair, I was concerned. After the color had cured my head looked like a spotted owl. The color was not what I wanted, some of my hair looked spotted. The color was not applied evenly and I was disgusted with the comments from the staff that blamed my hair for their less than effective knowledge of the hair color process. I went into the shop the next day to try and fix my problems. The owner was rude, unapologetic, and in fact she said I was banned from her shop! I was taken back that she had not apologized to me making me look like a spotted owl. I drove over to my barber and had to have my hair shaved off. The whole experience in this salon was horrible. If you want to look like a spotted owl and then be banned from this salon...go ahead, but I would give this salon a rating of minus 10 on the good side."

She corrected the color and repaired the damage just in time for an important business trip. She has been my go-to ever since. She is extremely thoughtful and attentive to detail, and most importantly, REALLY listens to understand what I'm looking for. I have been so pleased with the results everytime I go in. I have complete confidence in her!"

"Before finding this salon, I had been cutting my own hair since the beginning of the pandemic. The style I wanted was something more alternative than your average cut, so I was quite scared of my hair getting butchered--but Kristin was so wonderful! Not only did she listen to me and my concerns, she made me feel comfortable and welcome in her chair. It was a great experience getting my hair cut by someone so enthusiastic, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be going back to her anytime I want something done from now on."
