"Sadly this place has really gone downhill. I used to love going here but will not be returning after our last experience. I booked two intensive foot treatments for my husband and I and it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. Both of the girls were grumpy and rude, complaining about how they both work too much. One even scoffed and was making faces when my husband asked about their day, trying to make the situation less uncomfortable. We both asked numerous times to apply more pressure as neither one actually massaged our feet/calves but just slathered lotion on them. Neither one listened or even responded to our requests leaving us feeling even more disrespected. On top of they they used to have lotions in the bathrooms, and organic teas for you to enjoy while waiting. They got rid of all the lotions and only had a handful of packets of tea shoved in a box. I did ask for a refund or even a partial refund days later after still feeling disappointed with what happened and they only offered free drinks for our Next visit. We don’t drink and only we’re visiting from out of town. So they offered 10% off which again we don’t live in post falls anymore. Sadly just seems to me like another money grab, that I’d have to spend even more money at this establishment instead of refunding even part of the $160 we paid to essentially have lotion put on our legs. Super disappointing. I left a message and haven’t heard back which is why I finally wrote this review. - I did offer to just pay for a foot bath as that is essentially what we got, and am not trying to be unreasonable. I will say my entire family goes here and we usually buy certificates for my mom and dad every year. After this experience we won’t definitely won’t be doing that."

"Horrible online booking and customer service. I spoke to two people about a cancellation and rebooking and they still charged me. I spoke with the “owner” she refused to refund me the $519 cancellation fee and says I’m banned if I dispute c the charge. I will not support this business ever again and caution you against it. I’ve gone there for 15 plus years and never had a situation like this. Avoid at all costs. I was treated horribly. Responding to her comments. I did not text to cancel. I cancelled by their online portal and rescheduled for a different date. Then I received a text from highlands confirming my appt. I called and spoke with two people to confirm the cancellations before the deadline. Get your facts straight and treat your customers better."

"Horrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. It is not a spa experience at all. They are using the word “Spa” very loosely. The facility is an old bank and it still feels like an old bank. Zero charm or ambiance. The steam room was dirty, can’t even call the changing room a changing room because there was nowhere to change. There are two showers and two toilet rooms. So you had to strip down in the middle of the open room The massage therapist was nice but she got behind with other clients so she was 30 min late. I was not told she was late I had to ask. The massage room had bright can lights with no way of dimming them. The flimsy cloth she put over my eyes did not block out the light. Zero spa feel in the rooms. She had the “relaxing” music up so loud in an effort to drown out the talking and loud music in the hall. The list of things that don’t work about that facility goes on and on. Needless to say I won’t be returning."

"Got a package that included a pedicure and a facial and it was Wonderful. This was my first spa experience, my first ever facial, and I am definitely hooked. It was pure heaven. The whole experience was very peaceful, smooth, and accomodating. I decided to get a gift card for my mother-in-law for Christmas because we enjoyed it so much."

"I had a great massage experience. Professional, friendly and courteous. However only 3 stars because the manicure and pedicure experience was a disappointment! Your ladies were very nice, but it was not a great atmosphere and the polish product less than adequate. Two weeks out and the Gel polish chipping and peeling. I now have to get my nails done again. More $$ again. For the cost of a spa experience this should be excellent products and a better atmosphere. One of your competitors in town offered a Mimosa to sip while you received your manicure or pedicure. Highland Day Spa did not deliver in this area. I can’t pop back in for you to repair my nails. See photos chipped polish and peeling. One already gone completely."
