"Zero stars for anything you can think of. Speed -horrible. Texts and says a script is ready - wrong. It's not. Wait time -ridiculously long. Staff - terrible!!! So on top of already sucking, your staff members are rude and act like it's a burden you're there. The male pharmacist is the same way, very annoyed if you have questions. You should close permanently and don't re-open until you know how to efficiently run a business correctly and with kindness. You are working with sick people, injured people in pain, moms with kids, everything under the moon and you have ZERO compassion or the want to help people. You shouldn't be in business if you act this way."

"So shocked to see that this Walgreens Pharmacy has a 2.5 rating. I expected to see a -20 and that would be generous. I left the Urgent Care who had entered my prescription about 10 minutes before I left, drove 23 minutes to get to Walgreens, waited in their drive through line for 32 minutes to be told my prescription would not be ready for an hour. :( In pain the whole time.......but had an hour to kill.........went to Walmart, which is where I should have told the doc to send the Rx in the first place, killed another 1.5 hours, IN PAIN, and had the sense to call before I went back to Walgreens. Still NOT ready. I called Walmart Pharmacy to see if they could transfer it and I was told that Walgreens was closed today. I said no, I was over there an hour ago to try and pick up my prescription from the incompetent fools and it was open. The lady at Walmart said they had been trying to contact Walgreens for about two hours with no luck. Grrrr, in pain, with tons to do and no hope in sight. NEVER AGAIN. Called the complaint line, relayed my experience, husband drove over to see if he could get better results and guess what? They have closed the pharmacy. What an absolute joke this business is. NEVER AGAIN."

"I went to pick up my Rx’s and get a flu shot. They were super busy but the pharmacist was fast and gave me a painless shot. He then snuck me to the front of the long line to get me my Rxs. Then his shift ended and he saw I was walking carrying a heavy package to go to UPS. He asked me if I needed a ride I politely declined but thanked him. Then he insisted he wanted to do a good deed cause he’d been in that situation without a car. So he gave me a ride to the UPS store so I didn’t have to talk miles with a large box. He made my day and gave me hope in humanity. I wished I caught his name. He was working at 4:30 on 10/3/23."

"Always a long line here and when I ask why they don't open second lane they say because it's broken. I've lived here a long time and that tube system has been broken for years. When I told the lady they should fix it she says it doesn't matter because they don't have the staff anyways. I don't blame the pharmacist or employees as this obviously is something the owners need to fix. Our town is growing like crazy so why wouldn't you invest in something that keeps your customers happy and more importantly your buisiness flowing smoothly? Another problem we had was that we got an automated call that said all of our prescriptions are ready for pickup. So we went down to the store and after waiting in line for a half an hour the lady working says sorry only 2 of 5 of them are ready and it's gonna be another hour. I'm officially done with this place. There are lots of other options in town now luckily."
