"She said she knew how to trim rabits' nails, but she didn't. She manhandled my rabbit and had him freaked out. She may be good with dogs and other animals, but not rabbits."
"They did a great job grooming our cat and they were very accommodating with the scheduling. My only issue was that they didn't accept card so we had to go to the ATM to get cash. Very few places accept only cash as a payment and I'm not usually prepared for that."
