"We have used VIP for pet daycare several times and our dogs have loved it! We also get nails trimmed here regularly. The owners and staff are all very friendly and we know they genuinely care for the animals they take care of. We’ve never had any problems taking our fur babies here! As for all the negative reviews, I seriously question how many of the people have actually used this business or are just posting negative reviews due to social media. There was a tragic accident, but the owners were also devastated and have made policy changes to prevent future incidents."
