"If I could give this salon negative stars, I would. Our first visit for a face trim went well, but on our second visit, the stylist ended up pulling a huge chunk of hair out of our poor boy's side. Apparently the individuals that work here believe it's okay to try and lift an 80 pound dog up by their fur. I am beyond appalled at how they handled the situation and how they treated our golden doodle. When I called to speak with a manager or owner, they gave me the stylist that hurt our dog and she insisted she did nothing wrong. We have never had any issues with our dog losing hair or it easily pulling out. I am unsure why they couldn't even admit to any sort of wrongdoing or act apologetic. If you care about your dog, I would NOT recommend bringing them here! ++ update++ After speaking with the owner of this establishment, she was less than pleasant, refused to admit any wrongdoing, and blindly defended her employees while telling us something was wrong with our dog. She would not even entertain the idea of covering our vet bills or refunding our money for the trim. PLEASE do NOT patronize this business, as they will NOT take any responsibility for their actions and could care less if something happens to your pet!!!"
