"I just phoned the store in search of a place to have my new boots stretched after having surgery. When I inquired if they offered the service I was politely told no. However the person in the phone instantly provided a referral to a store in Weiser that does. Not only giving me the name, but phone, and address also. Though they didn't have what I was looking for theyreally did their best to help me out. Awesome service will definitely keep this in mind for future boot purchases! Thank you so much."
"I will not shop anywhere else for boots since I discovered this place three years ago. I have a hard time finding boots that fit me in the toe area. Tell them what you need and what your issues are and they come back 30 seconds later with multiple options. They know every detail of every shoe in that place and what is available. As an example they'll be like "boot model number xxx is slightly wider in this spot but boot xxxx has slightly softer leather". As a farmer I'm really hard on boots. I used to get 6 months to a year out of a pair of boots. My last two pairs didn't start to wear out till a year and a half. The quality they sell is unsurpassed. Do yourself a favor and get a pair of boots that fit your feet like never before at Grant's."
