"Got followed out of the store while we tried to calm a baby and a toddler and then accused of stealing a horse stuffed animal. We’ve spent a few hundred dollars here before and got a junk kids saddle they swore just needed oil. It’s mostly just scalping on second hand clothes, junk tack and junk saddles. I’m definitely not going back anymore."
"This is not a reflection of the reload out west store, it is however a a warning on using them to rent for U-Haul. I have rented trailers all over this part of the treasure valley including Ontario. Never have I had a problem till now. She was the most unprofessional and dishonest person I have dealt with representing U-Haul!"
