"Taylor is the ski tech wizard and the team show's the training, not easy to find shop's that really care about the quality of service they perform, these guy's are incredible and deserve all the work they can get! Amazing results and extremely professional thanks guy's and Taylor appreciate going over and beyond the tasks"

"Cannot recommend this place enough. In from out of town and my townie was acting weird. I stopped in and they looked at it and fixed it so I could enjoy my ride. #nipple. You guys rock!!!"

"First, the shop is nice, the people are incredibly friendly. This is a great shop to rent, buy and talk trails. I am on the road full time, riding in multiple locations and needed to have my front and rear shocks rebuilt on my mountain bike. I should have waited till I went north. When I dropped my bike off, no one asked me my riding weight, which I thought was odd. When I got to the shop, they were about to just give me my bike back without asking my riding weight to set the PSI on my shocks and help me set the sag. I asked what my front shocks were set, I was told they were not sure, as they think they were set to what they were set at before. I asked them to set my rear shock at my riding weight. Not once, did they say "hey lets set up the SAG". So I left not thinking about it. Then I rode at a downhill park and had a rough day. Then I remembered all my other shops, helped me set SAG when they worked on my shocks. I am not a mechanic. I paid them a lot of money to rebuild shocks and for a bolt. Maybe it is my fault for assuming that shock rebuilds come with setting the PSI in the front and rear shocks, with me sitting on the bike to set the SAG would be part of service. So now, I have to pay someone again, (up north) to help me set SAG. Kindof frustrated on this. It wasn't cheap. Great people, I do genuinely like the shop. I did call other shops to ask if they check the SAG or reset it up if I had my shocks rebuilt with them, and they all do that. Maybe Gravity Sports could have a checklist that when shocks are built the mechanics help the customer to set the SAG on their new suspension. Would add to the quality of the rebuild :-)"

"There's no way anybody would take the time to read all the amazing things I have to say about Gravity Sports! But, of course, I'll still gush a little-- Gravity's customer care is incredible: the bike/ski technicians are always trying to give you the best deal for the help you need; the employees and owners have great rapport, and they make every customer feel included. Everyone there is knowledgeable, helpful, and down-to-earth. It's definitely my go-to shop in town. Thanks, Gravity!"

"Lars, Levi were just awesome. They helped us out with taking the kayak to the beach and gave us some extra time to have fun at Lake Payette. Would highly recommend checking out Gravity Sports for your rental kayaks & bikes in the summer and skis/snowboards in the winter. #supportlocal PS: They have free masks in case you forget one."
