"Terrible customer service! Took my 11 year grandson who was excited to spend the money he earned on a T shirt souvenir, picked it out on his own and I failed to check the size before we paid. 30 minutes later he put it on & was to small, right right back to the store only to be told no exchanges on sale items.I asked Who I assume was owner/manager if this time she could make an exception since we were getting the same thing just a size bigger and it had only been 30 minutes, and it was my grandson. We were Very harshly told No Exceptions. If she made one for me she would have to for everyone.I told her I would never shop there again which she informed me that was my prerogative. They must really be flush with customers."

"Great range of McCall themed shirts! Only issue is they could do with 1 small changing area. This may seem strange as most people would know their shirt sizes but some shirts are pre shrunk and others are not. From experience not all shirts comply to standard sizing."

"Had a lovely experience there. Thr lady in the candy section was more than wonderful! She gave my kids a few free samples of chocolate and taffy and even let us try the sugar plums! Great Carmel Apples too!!"
