"My dogs ear was cut to the point of being notched while being groomed at Gateway. Not only was I not informed that it happened, I believe that it was cleaned and concealed. The place was clean and the people friendly. When I picked him they smiled and said he did great. I would not be so upset if I had been told what happened. I will never use Gateway again."
