Seen quickly once my turn came up, staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. Onsite pharmacy is a great idea for convenience, can’t rate it highly enough!"

"My wife experienced sudden eye bleeding starting yesterday night, prompting me to contact this facility. Upon calling, I was informed that I was second in line. Accompanied by my wife, we arrived at the facility, only to find ourselves waiting for three hours before being ushered into a room. Once inside, we endured an additional hour of waiting. A nurse or physician assistant named Molly? (a short lady with black hair donning a black Total Access Urgent Care uniform), eventually entered the room. She informed us that the doctor was attending to other patients and advised us to continue waiting. I expressed our frustration, noting that we were originally second in line and had already waited nearly four hours. In response, Molly callously said we could leave if we deemed the wait excessive. Such dismissive words were shocking, especially given the evident distress of the patient. It is reasonable for a patient to desire prompt medical attention, and as a medical professional, Molly should have explained the reasons for the delay and offered reassurance. In my opinion, her lack of empathy and professionalism raises concerns about her qualifications as a medical service provider. We are profoundly dissatisfied with her service, leading us to assign her a "0" in our review. We have no intention of seeking her service in the future."

"This was a great experience. I love the online registration experience to help with wait times. Service was quick and efficient when we arrived and they took great care of my son. He was able to be diagnosed and we were able to pick up his prescription from the pharmacy that night. All of this on New Years Eve!"

"Best urgent care visit we have ever had. I have three little boys so we visit an urgent care several times a year. I called up to see what the wait was and the lady who answered put in the wait list and told me to wait 15 minutes and then come up. We did and when we arrived she knew who we were and called us right back. The nurse who came in was so kind and sweet to my son. The lady who did the X-rays was even better. He was hurting so the X-rays weren’t comfortable but the way she coached him through it was so kind and caring. The doctor was even better. He was a young guy and so kind and funny with my son. I frequent urgent cares and this was by far the best visit I have ever had. I am so grateful to all the staff, such a wonderful and kind team of people. Thank you!"
