Hyperspud prices are comparable to REI but you can't beat the personalized service and regional knowledge of Heather and her husband at Hyperspud. Much of what they sell has lifetime warranties and all you need to do is bring the faulty item in and they will give you a replacement immediately if they have it in stock, or otherwise order it in. They make sure you get exactly what will work best for you - that is their primary goal."
