"I love my local Dutch Bros on 12th Ave in Nampa, ID!! I have had several different drinks there and never had a bad one. Everyone there is always polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! They have a rewards program, a great mobile app with cool stickers, and run specials all the time! That's not even everything. I highly recommend Dutch Bros!!"
"I like Dutch Bros but this location has a rude guy who's name I think is Guilherme or something similar. He has acted rude and rushed us on many occasions. Like if I tell him to give me a second when someone changes their mind on a drink it looks as if he literally is fighting back from rolling his eyes. His attitude is just rude in general not to mention ruins ones day, and I have opted to visit the other Caldwell location since they don't have a rude person working there."
"I've been going here for years, and the staff at pretty much every single location are all so kind. I personally am a big fan of the Rebel's, and my husband gets the Trifecta mocha with extra shots. I wish they had a matcha latte option though!"
"Have never had a bad experience with this place until today. Drove up and the kids are sitting on the bench not acknowledging the 3 cars that drove up. The car in front of us ordered 3 drinks and it took forever for them to get them. Coffee was lukewarm and I asked for a child’s frost and was charged for a regular sized . Not the best staff. Maybe retrain and work on customer service ?"
