"We arrived at 645 on a saturday evening. We are the only ones there. We ordered from the wait person. Not everyone is outgoing or friendly and the wait person was one of these. The food was okay but the fish from the fish dinner was undercooked. In fairness, they are one of two restaurants in town so they know there is not a lot of competition and no reason to become a better dining experience"
"Wanted a chicken fried steak dinner. But what I got was unrecognizable. First came with no gravy, sent it back. Then got it with gravy but meat was cold. Had to fight the flies for a bite. Nope, I like to help local businesses but not here, not again. This was at dinnertime on a Saturday evening."
"Very polite waitress, took our order and had everything we asked for with our meal. The portions were over abundant on mine : Tons of Tatar Tots & Finger Steaks(Over cooked: felt like I was chewing on jerky). But my husband's was kinda skimpy: 6 average sized opinion rings and 3 good sized chicken strips. (Posting pic.) It's was a bit chilly inside the Cafe and my husband felt as though he was freezing. The hard widen benches were pretty cold. Otherwise it was clean and kinda homey."
