"Overall, it was flavorful and tasty. I was a little disappointed because the quantity of seafood was way smaller than the picture displayed on the menu. No calamari and only 1 shrimp. Ambience and service were great"
"The hot pot was pretty good I got the spicy beef and my friend got the house special. Ingredients were great, as were the soy based and bean q sauces, but my broth was a little lacking. On a separate note, I asked for a 3/5 on spice but it felt more like a 1 or 2. I did note that while the spicy beef had noodles included, the house special did not. Also, the rice was brought out like 5 min before the soup, which ended up w it being not as warm when I began to eat. Serving size was very satisfactory. I felt like there could’ve been a bit more cabbage and a bigger piece of corn in mine though."
"Really bummed about the menu change. Mandarin house was my favorite Chinese food restaurant for years, since i was in high-school nearly 10 years ago. They had the best Chinese food in town and it's gone now. I hope they bring back or at least add the old menu back. I was a huge fan of their Sichuan beef and hot and sour soup. Had to go to a different restaurant tonight. :("
"This place has no menu anymore, almond chicken is about all, and it was ok at best. I do not recommend. The service was good and that was all that was noteworthy about this place. They may as well shut the doors"
"We hesitated to dine-in at 8:30pm knowing they close at 9:00pm. However, they were very welcoming and showed us a table to sit down. The service was amazing and the food was off the charts! Best Chinese experience we have had in years! If I could give them a 10 out of 5 stars I would! And we were out the door by 9pm!"
