"When we didn’t get order confirmation or shipping details from our online order (small system problem, nothing crazy inconvenient) we reached out via email for info. Zac from customer service responded the next day and we we’re given a number to call in a few days for updated order information. When we called the next week, Zac was very helpful, letting us know at the time of calling that the order should have in fact been delivered a few days prior. He passed along the tracking info and let us know if we didn’t receive it within a week from then to call back and they’d have a replacement sent out asap. "I ordered a brown leather with the steel reinforcement for an everyday belt that could easily double as a gun belt when needed. The belt has excellent construction, the leather was well stitched and much thicker than I expected. When I received my belt only to find that the measurements taken(by me) were very, very wrong. So I exchanged the belt not once, but twice until I received the right size. They exchanged the belt with no questions asked within a week of the return. The only think that I had to pay for was shipping(considering that it was my problem that I can't measure, it is the least I could do).
