"Lady at the front desk was really rude stop in town to visit McCall and needed to borrow a restroom to change my baby daughters diaper and lady freaked out and said we had to buy something or use gas ?? I wouldn’t mind buying anything or getting gas but how rude she was unacceptable"

"My wife and I were camping at Ponderosa State Park this past weekend. We needed a bolt tightened on our trailer hitch. It was checkout time at the park when we discovered the issue and couldn't move our trailer. We originally went to Bruneel Point S and were turned away saying they were too busy. They recommended the Chevron. Chevron was 3 times busier and got us fixed up in 3 minutes while we were at the pump amidst the general chaos they had going on. The place was packed. Never asked for a penny. Customer Service and genuine concern. A dying breed for sure. They are my only stop in MCcall from now on. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'd give 20 stars if that was an option."

"Easy entry and exit from 2 different streets is a real boon during tourist season! I drive from Grangeville to McCall for medical appointments and this gas station has the best prices and is kept clean and welcoming. Love the flowers at the pump! Also, the pumps are fast, I'm guessing they change the filters often, so that's nice, too."

"Totally tried taking advantage of an out of town guest. Only would offer help if I let him look at it for 95 an hour and all I needed was a code red. Get fuel down the road or if you need work done, get it towed somewhere else"

"Had an unfortunate break down when we got to McCall from Boise. And as it was after 5pm on a Sunday there was nothing open and no one that could really help us. Luckily the cashier of Chevron came out, had a look at it, then recommended we leave it there for the mechanics the next morning. They looked at it straight away, but unfortunately the problem was bigger than we thought and required a new radiator. So they quoted us a very decent price to order one and get it fitted. After receiving the new radiator they fitted it straight away. After that they spent two more hours free of charge to diagnose a temp sensor problem. Turned out it was a temp sensor and we went on our way. We really appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff and mechanics were when we were stressing out. And the extra mile the mechanics went to make sure we got safely back to Boise when they had other cars to do. Cars going strong. Thanks again guys!!"
