"Food took forever. I had a chicken cob salad and the chicken was cold and tasted as if it was out of a can. My husband had a burger it was not done at all. The only thing that was good food wise was the mozzarella sticks. Our waiter was really good though. Very attentive."
"When I go to have lunch with my husband I expect to eat with my husband. We went in for lunch started on a drink and ordered food. He had a burger and ff, I ordered a chicken wrap and ff. My husband received his meal almost immediately but after waiting for about 20 minutes for mine to come out I decided to leave. I was told it was coming right out. I watched tables that came in after us get their food. They were bigger tables, all their food came out together. Still I waited and waited. The waiter did not check in with us or check to see about my food. My husband only ate the fries and waited to eat his burger for me. Needless to say, he lost his appetite after that."
"A couple of weeks ago, 5 of my friends and I were helped by William and he was nothing short of amazing. We came in to order food about 20 minutes before the restaurant closed and it was a big order. William was patient and extremely helpful with the order. I also wanted to thank the kitchen for being kind enough to cook all that food so late and so fast. The food was yummy and the service was great! Definitely revisiting this location!"
"Best wings ever! Must visit whether you dine in or just take out especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The place has good vibes and the service is excellent. Delicious preparation on those chicken wings Mango habanero, Caribbean jerk(new favourite), Thai curry and spicy garlic - Ranch, blue cheese ranch + carrots and celery sticks go along really well !! I tried the potato tots, cauliflower wings and wedges for the first time and they were perfection too. Tip: the variety of sauces is lip smacking good. Ask for extra sauce on wings ♥️ It's our usual on Thursdays! Love BWW outlet in Moscow."
"Do NOT DoorDash from here! I was so bummed to see the state of my food. Dry cauliflower wings, including a pepper, French fry, mysterious gross thing - all which I didn’t order. What a bummer… if this business doesn’t like DoorDash orders they shouldn’t have that accommodation. After this I don’t even want to eat there in person anymore. Also - this was their LARGE size portion…"
