"Terrible service today! We put in an order at 4:15, to pick up at 5:00pm. Waited 45 minutes when we got there at 5. Talked to the manager and asked why it was taking so long, and she said "well it's a busy time and I can only put so much chicken in at a time". She was extremely rude, and honestly could care less if it was late, or if we were upset. Didn't apologize at all. Isn't that the point to do a pre-order for a time to pick up, so they have time to do all of the orders?! Rediculous!"

"Not a sit down sort of place. Everything was grubby, the floors, tables and counters up front. Obviously caters to a takeout/Uber type of order. Tables weren't bussed and didn't have a garbage can in sight to take care of it yourself. The tray I got was greasy sticky... Just a really bad first impression on cleanliness. The place was decorated cool and my hubby said he enjoyed the food."

"Place used to be great back in the day. Since the pandemic, doesnt seem like they’ve gotten their stuff together. In past orders ive received wrong or missing items. Decided to give them another try through Uber, I ordered Cajun corn and received Cajun fries. Order an orange fanta and received fruit punch. Uber gave me some credit but I don’t think it should be so excusable on the restaurants part to be so wrong so many times in a row. On top of that our order was 30 minutes late, which wouldn’t be that big of a deal if our order wasn’t wrong. Some change needs to happen"

"Never a problem with the food; it’s been good each time I’ve ordered pickup. The wait, however, has been past the estimated time provided by double every time. And the staff could not care less. Completely indifferent, unfriendly, and a “not my problem” attitude. It always seems busy inside so I guess that’s where they put their priorities."

"Ordered 100 wings online the day before pickup for 5pm. Got there and spoke to the employee who told me they were working on it. Half an hour went by before an employee asked me again what the name was and that they show no sign of it. I showed them my order and confirmation. A manager told me how they basically threw it away the night before and had no idea of it. They started working on the order which would take another half hour, which isn't an issue. Once my order was ready, I went thru the order with him to make sure everything was included. When i got home and opened it all, they left out my atomic and Hawaiian and just included 20 plain wings, never asking me if i'd like an alternative. The wings we did get were all dry and overcooked with little to no flavoring. Employees were nice enough, but I would not recommend this place until they have a large overhaul in quality. I was extremely disappointed with this last experience and used to love this place!"
