"Taco Bell. Love it or hate it. this one seems to be running at 86.2% order correctness rate for me over the last 2 years. The only TB in Post Falls, so when they screw up in the order you're going to have to eat it otherwise wait in line for another 15 minutes. It's kind of the same deal for all the fast food restaurants nowadays but these guys always promise to make the order right, but never do,. hence three stars."

"By far thee best ever visit in a long long time. Sophie the girl who helped my grandson and I on excellent choices of a better deal and the most extraordinary taste on our tacos and burritos by switching my blan tasting selection to the "Supreme" way to go. It's the incredibly awesome help of someone who cares that made this visit our very best. Not trying to embarrass Sophie, but she should start a company where she teaches others exactly how customers should be provided care and the respect she gave. My 10 year old grandson even said she was so very nice and treated him so kindly. This is the absolute example of someone who deserves tremendous recognition and a giant raise in pay. When you see someone put their heart in helping others they should be the respect she gave to her customers. A truly rare experience and to say thank you will not be enough so I hope her team leader sees this and helps provide the pay Sophie deserves. Thank you for how you treated my grandson as well. Even he said, with the absolute respect ladies are to be ALWAYS given, "she very nice Pop-pop and she was so kind". His words. "Why aren't all places like this and why aren't everyone like her?" I explained because she has a very kind respectful heart and you can see she cares about people. Not just a job, this is how she truly is. He wants to only come back when Sophie can help us. "The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. Rick greeted me when I was ready to order, he was super friendly and just happy in general! I got my food super fast, but maybe a little too fast because the quesadilla I ordered wasn't fully grilled and was only cut in half, which made it hard to eat. The atmosphere was okay, this location has a modern feel, not somewhere that you want to sit and enjoy your food, but it being fast food I don't want to mark them down for that, and it wouldn't be the workers fault anyways. There was nothing that went above and beyond, except for the customer service from Rick, who I give 5 ⭐'s to!"

"I come here often after work and they're usually pretty good but this time it was terrible. They took longer than usual to get me my food and they forgot 2 items from my box which didn't actually come in the box. The one item I received was put together poorly and there was sauce everywhere. The next time I go I'm going to thoroughly inspect my order before leaving the drive thru and I don't care if there Re people waiting behind me because this is ridiculous and I paid over 30 dollars for food that I didn't get."
