"I give them 5 stars for fast friendly service. My radiator fan motor went out in kennewick WA. Was told they could not get the part till Tuesday and this was Friday. Called perfection tire in Kamiah, they said they couldn't have the part till next Friday but told me to call around and see if I could find it. I did, and since in the state of Washington they don't put on customer supplied parts I drove all the way to Kamiah after making an appointment and the mechanic actually came in on his day off to get my radiator fan going. Pictures of radiator when I left kennewick and drove over 4 hours to get it fixed."
