Sushi I

"I use to love coming to this place, everyone use to be friendly. They now have I think only 1 waitress who is completely rude and always has a bad attitude. I went in a week ago and gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. So today I went in again and it was the same exact attitude and behavior towards me. Doesn’t check up on you does not ask if you’re ready to order in a timely manner both time waiting 30 minutes before even getting asked if I’m ready to order. Last week I was with my husband for a date, our drinks weren’t ever refilled, waiting half hour before asking what we want to eat, rude, and then another 45 minutes before we get handed our food to eat. Today I was with a friend and her baby, our food had not arrived yet so when she walked by we asked nicely if it was too late to make our order to go because the baby had started to get fussy and we didn’t want to interrupt anyone’s meal with a grumpy baby. She proceed to sigh and roll her eyes at us and say she will have to go check. She then finds out that our plates are being plated and she yells across the restaurant to let us know they are being plated right now. We say okay thank you expecting to have food at the table we can enjoy quickly and get out before the baby gets grumpier. We then wait for another 15 minutes when she says oh we are boxing it up for you right now. Then another 10 minutes later we get handed our bag of sushi to go. Absolutely horrible service and rude waitress will not recommend anymore."

"We went in as a family today (2/24/2024) to celebrate a family members birthday. We arrived about 10 minutes after they opened and there was only a couple small group that had already been seated in front of us. When we checked in with the waitress we were told that it would be at least an hour before we could be seated because she was not going to put two tables together and take up their limited seating. Now our group had seven people in it but we were also the only other people in the there. I have never experienced such a rude waitress in my life and none of us will ever return."

"Sushi in Idaho? You bet! I was pleasantly surprised with the sushi from Sushi 1. The Four Seasons roll was beautifully done. The quality of the scallops and sockeye salmon used on the nigiri was fresh. Thank you for a great experience."

"I have only ordered to go from here. I have only ordered Rolls, Nigiri, and Sashimi so I can't comment on the other items offered. Great service! Great flavors and the fish is definitely fresh! 3 stars because of the rice. The rice does not stay together as it should. Other than freshness of ingredients, rice is the most important part of Sushi. The rice fell off of most pieces when picking them up. If they fix the rice issue I'd easily give them 4.5 to 5 stars."

"This was a decent place. Not real authentic with a few Japanese dishes and a whole lot of Sushi for sure. It was a little slow on the serving side of things. Not terribly happy with my sushi, a little on the older side for my roll. I saw some fantastic fish there. I would go back since there are only a few places in his area."
