"I'm 63 I was stranded in the parking lot at Lewiston Idaho O'Reilly's on 21st, with a broken fan belt the man person who waited on me charge me $28 for a fan belt there's another option for $16 , until it wouldn't fit and I went back to Check y. the girl said she would check on the computer, then she just went ringing people up on the counter and ignored me I tried to ask the other girl that was checking people out, going online to look up parts she looked at me seriously like I wasn't speaking English and she had no brain. They wasted 45 minutes of daylight playing games with an old woman in their parking lot who was stranded in a town she knew no one. don't trust any of these people ...go across the street to AutoZone this was a devastating experience and I will never go to O'Reilly's again and I'm going to tell everyone I know not to shop there .."
