Double Shots - A Mountain Cafe

"We had breakfast & coffee here three mornings in a row during our recent ski trip and all three visits were great! There was only one lady running the whole place (taking orders, making coffee AND making food) so it wasn't super efficient but she had great customer service skills that made up for the longer wait times. My favorite item was the sausage bagel breakfast sandwich. The location next to the gondola and bathrooms is super convenient to hit up before a day on the mountain."

"Waited for 30 minutes for food to come out, left to go change, took a matter of 10 min and came back to pick it up. Several of the young girls working there informed me that because the food was sitting and getting cold they threw it out. Would not recommend wasting your time."

"I have been a customer at this cafe many times because unfortunately its the only one close to the gondola. I love being nice to people and I am always friendly with the staff. Each time I have been in I have waited at least 10 min for a single drink. Today broke me and I am officially not going to go anymore. Today I walked in and a few people where waiting for their orders but there was no line to order. I ordered and then a moment later another person ordered. Then this girl comes in and orders 8 drinks and the staff decides to work on her order first. Then the woman that ordered behind me got her drink and I asked them if they forgot about me and they said no and right then started working on my drink. Honestly they should have given me my drink for free at that point. I am not going back in because I am always nice, always tip 20% and each time their lack of customer service makes me feel like they really don’t care about their customers. Its sad because this place could really be something and give people a great start to the day if they focused on customer service. I think if the customer service was outstanding then people probably wouldn’t care so much that the food isn’t that great."

"Terrible customer service! We came in around 11 on Sunday and had to double check if they were even open. The employees were sitting in the back. The brunette cashier saw us and remained in the back on her phone. We waited a few more minutes until my husband popped his head around the corner and asked if they were open in which the girl responded “are you ready to order?”. We felt as if we were inconveniencing them by being there."

"Friendly girls working in there and wait time was not awful. The drinks however were not good. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and there’s almost no flavor due to the chunks of white chocolate in it, my husband ordered an Italian soda and the cup wasn’t even half full. He had 2 drinks and it was gone. Make sure if you want decent espresso and full quantity of what you pay for you go elsewhere."
