"My gf and I stopped in at 9:30pm on a road trip from MT to Seattle. The employees we're very accommodating, and the food was as good as I remember. There is no JITB in montana, so I have not had any in many years. Can't wait to try it again soon."

"Chicken strips were really good, but the sourdough Jack wasn't toasted. The manager claimed that corporate wouldn't allow them to toast the bread for safety reasons??? Consequently the sandwich was mushy. The fountain drink machine in the lobby didn't work, so the staff had to fill drinks in the back. Fries were good, but I won't go back. They refused to give me my money back on the sandwich with 1 bite gone."

"It says 24 hour drive thru and no one comes to us to serve us. As you can see from my photo, there were employees there. This is my first and LAST time coming to this location. Unreliable. We tried banging on the door, yelling I to the drive thru speaker. I finally got fed up and laid down on the horn at the drive thru window and some fat dude comes out the back and starts cursing me off. Completely unprofessional!!!!!"

"We went through the drive thru after a hospital visit and the service was fast and the food was hot and everything was good. They did give my son curly fries instead of normal fries but he didn't mind so neither did I! Good and quick place to go especially when af the hospital and its late."

"I’m normally the guy that says “This place isn’t too bad. I’ll give it another shot”. I normally say that at least 10 times, but from here on out, I won’t be giving this place another try. The food is always cold and not fresh, but the main issue on this visit was the customer service. Seems like the employees really hate being there and they also seem to lack any sort of interpersonal skills. This has been the case every time I’ve tried Jack in the Box. The only communication that occurred at the window was from me saying “thanks” as he handed me my food without a single word. I gave the employees the benefit of the doubt in the past, but it has just been so consistently bad, I finally just had to write a review. Maybe other Jack in the Box’s are better."
