"I moved to North Idaho in June and needed to find a good, reliable Ford service shop for my F150. By chance, I found Vallero's. I am so grateful that I did. Everything started with a simple oil change, from there I had a major issue a few months later that I was not sure was gonna be covered by my warranty company. They were able to document everything and contact my warranty provider, get everything approved and repaired. The repair was 100% correct, the FIRST TIME. The quote on the time required was accurate and the communication was great. There were no surprises at all when dealing with them.
