"the customer service of this arbys shines over sandpoint as a pedestal to what customer service in fast food should be. the lady that took me and my mothers order was very polite and created good conversation while taking our order, and getting everything right about it. as we were walking to get seated, our food was already ready for us and the kind gentleman that gave us our food was very helpful as well. the resturaunt itself is maintened fairly well, i just believe customers leave their trash there so i don’t blame it on the workers. the place is very clean overall and it has a good atmosphere. i love the view you get to enjoy as you eat your food as well. sandpoint is a beautiful town and eating arbys and dozing off into the sunset with food all around me really boosts my seratonin levels. overall, this arbys is a hit. i recommend"
