In the summer, guests can access Sky House by hiking up the Nature Trail or by purchasing a scenic lift ticket. The moderately difficult hike takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. Scenic Foot Passenger Tickets can be purchased at the mountain for $30 per person.

The Nest at Sky House offers delicious food sourced from local purveyors such as coffee from Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters and beer from MickDuff’s Brewing Company. The menu at The Nest consists of small plate options that change with the seasons.

"We rode the gondola up to The Nest/Sky House, took some pictures of the beautiful view, hiked around a bit then and had a delicious spicy Paloma with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice at the bar. Great way to spend a summer afternoon at Schweitzer. Super friendly, fun bartender and staff."
